C.J. Stroud will miss Sunday's game vs. Jaguars, Davis Mills will start for Texans instead

Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud "will be out" for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to head coach DeMeco Ryans, who told reporters Wednesday that Stroud remains in concussion protocol.
Stroud suffered the injury during a Week 9 loss to the Denver Broncos.
Davis Mills will start in his place Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
