Teen turns himself in, charged with murder after Belinda Sarkodie shot at Hamilton bus stop in July

A 17-year-old turned himself in to Hamilton police and has been charged in the July death of Belinda Sarkodie, 26, who was shot while waiting for a bus, police announced Wednesday. Those close to Sarkodie hope for justice but wonder why it took four months for an arrest.
