"Bettors are not afraid of big favorites in Week 12. The Patriots and Lions are two of the most popular teams to cover. The Bengals and Giants keeping it close would be a good outcome for the sportsbook." -Christian Cipollini, BetMGM trading manager
Vikings at Packers
Joey Feazel, head NFL trader at Caesars Sportsbook: "Seen some under in this one, probably weather related. Less and less people are laying Green Bay. Still seeing some Vikings money-line backers, which is surprising. Much less action, not a lot of excitement around these teams at the moment. Probably expect to see some more Packers money. Not a lot of line movement in spread. Total opened 43, down to 41."
Thomas Gable, Borgata sportsbook director: "Not a lot of action written on this game yet. Packers opened -6, up to -6.5. What we have taken on the game has been on the Packers, total sitting at 41, down from 42. Important game for Green Bay with Chicago leading the division."
Colts at Chiefs
Feazel: "This is the first week that I've seen a lot of anti-Chiefs money come in. Maybe losing to the Broncos was the final straw, but Colts also are coming off a bye and have been a very competitive team. Wouldn't be surprised if this is a Pros vs. Joes game. Colts haven't played that many good teams, but Chiefs are still No. 1 power rated team at Caesars even if they haven't delivered like we've expected them to. Total, right now we're sitting at 49.5. Opened at 50.5. Anticipate a lot of action on this one, been one-way action on the Colts, but I anticipate that coming back. My numbers make this game -3, but market is holding strong at -3.5."

Gable: "We opened Chiefs -3.5, total of 49.5. Colts are a different team outdoors than at home, and this will be a tough environment for them. In terms of power ratings, I still have the Chiefs higher than any AFC team at present. We've taken some early money on the dog here, but nothing that would move the number."
Eagles at Cowboys
Feazel: "When the Cowboys went out against the Bears, that was one of our biggest wins of the year. It's still showing up this week - bettors on the Cowboys this week, despite the Eagles looking like they're back to their Super Bowl form on defense. It is surprising to see more Dallas action come in as a home dog. I expect action to even out, both Dallas spread and ML. Cowboys have been drawing action throughout the season."
Gable: "I think this could be a let-down spot for Philly right here. Coming off two prime-time games where defense has looked outstanding, but the offensive line is still beat up and now Lane Johnson is out. Offense still hasn't gotten going in any significant way. Nick Sirianni still has to go to bat for Jalen Hurts in the local media here all the time. We opened Eagles -4.5, down to -3.5. Total sitting at 47.5. We took some bigger money on the under early at 49 and 48.5. At -3.5 we're getting some Eagles money but could be a let-down spot for them."
Bucs at Rams
Gable: "No movement on this one at all. Rams 6.5-point favorites and total 49.5. Not an easy road for Tampa Bay the past few games and now going to Rams, my highest-power rated team in the NFC. Very, very balanced action at 6.5, good two-way action."
Sharp actionIt's always notable where respected bettors have landed on this week's games. While these prices may not currently be available at all sportsbooks, knowing where sharps have wagered can also be instructive for in-game wagering.
Yahoo Sports conversed with several bookmakers over the course of the week, and here is where some sharp action has been (and the numbers it came in at):
Jaguars -2.5, JAX-ARI over 45
Patriots -8, NE-CIN over 49
Cardinals +3
Browns +4
Falcons +2.5
NY Giants +11.5
Steelers +3
Colts +4.5
PHI-DAL under 49
49ers -6
We'll be keeping track of six-figure (and larger) Week 12 NFL bets from sportsbooks, as well as if they end up cashing.
