Niagara police's pipe band welcomes new recruits to free music program to carry on the tradition

With an aging roster of pipers and drummers, the Niagara Regional Police Pipe Band is seeking new members to keep its world champion-calibre musical ensemble running. It's welcoming people of all ages to its free music program, for beginners to try piping and learn music fundamentals.
