The Seattle Seahawks have a very lengthy initial injury report for their NFC Championship tilt against the Los Angeles Rams.

Not one, not two, but three Seahawks left tackles didn't practice on Wednesday. Charles Cross, described as day-to-day" by head coach Mike Macdonald due to a foot injury, was a DNP. Josh Jones, who didn't play last week with a knee injury, remained held out of practice. The new injury is undrafted rookie Amari Kight, who replaced the injured Cross in last weeks' Divisional Round romp against the San Francisco 49ers. Kight joins the knee injury brigade, which is less than ideal. The good news is the first practice is usually the one to be the least concerned about.

Everyone else practiced in either a limited or full capacity. Running back George Holani was a full go after being designated for return to practice, a clear sign he's ready to come back and deputized for the injured Zach Charbonnet. Holani probably could've been brought back sooner based on this answer.

George Holani said he was healthy pretty much when the four weeks as up on injured reserve and has just been waiting for his chance to get back going.

Said he's been working in the weight room a lot in the meantime.

Quarterback Sam Darnold was limited, but that's no cause for concern as it's mostly managing that injury. The full injury report is lengthy as mentioned earlier, but daunting it is not outside of the left tackle position.

As for the Rams injury report? The usual under Sean McVay. Only Byron Young is one to watch moving forward.
