NFL fans just got used to having the league play games on Saturdays, but that was a short-lived venture. It's strictly Sunday going forward.

Conference championship weekend has arrived, meaning there just three games left in the NFL season - the AFC championship game, NFC championship game and Super Bowl 60. The Denver Broncos and New England Patriots will get the action started on Jan. 25 in the Mile High City before the Seattle Seahawks host the Los Angeles Rams in the second game of the doubleheader.

Fans are only guaranteed another 180 minutes of football before the long offseason gets started, so be sure to set your calendars and book your seat on the couch.

Are there NFL games today?

There are no games scheduled for Saturday in the conference championship round.

With just three games left in the season, the NFL will be exclusively played on Sundays. Fans hoping to catch the action on every other day of the week will have to wait until the preseason returns in August.

The conference championship games are slated for Sunday, Jan. 25 and will kick off when theDenver Broncos host the New England Patriotsat 3 p.m. ET, with a spot in Super Bowl 60 on the line.
