The Seattle Seahawks returned to the practice field for the first time since punching their ticket to Super Bowl 60, providing a little more clarity about where they stand over a week before the big game.

The most notable change from Wednesday's estimation report is the health of starting left tackle Charles Cross, who has been battling through a foot injury for the Seahawks' playoff run. Cross was listed as limited on Wednesday, but did not practice on Thursday. One of Cross' backups, Amari Kight, and tight end Eric Saubert also did not practice.

Luckily for the Seahawks, Cross has plenty of time to work on his injury, and it appears his primary backup, Josh Jones, is heading toward being healthy. Jones was listed as limited alongside some other significant players on Thursday's report.

Star linebacker Ernest Jones IV, who made a surpise apperance on Wednesday's estimation with a chest injury, was a limited participant on Thursday. Quarterback Sam Darnold continued to be limited by an oblique injury, and fullback Robbie Ouzts was held back with a neck injury.

On the New England Patriots' side of things, their quarterback, Drake Maye, was limited with a shoulder injury. Tackle Thayer Munford joined linebackers Harold Landry and Robert Spillane as the three Patriots who did not practice on Thursday.

Obviously, there is no game designation needed for Friday. The two teams will practice near Levi's Stadium next Wednesday through Friday.
