Buffalo Bills hiring Jeff Rodgers as special teams coordinator, per report
The Buffalo Bills and new head coach Joe Brady have found the team's next special teams coordinator, hiring Jeff Rodgers per a report by Dianna Russini. Rodgers had previously coached with the Arizona Cardinals since 2018, where most recently he was the team's assistant head coach/special teams coordinator.
Rodgers is the second Cardinals coach this week with reported ties to the Bills' team-wide coaching search. Connor Senger, Arizona's passing game specialist, has drawn interest from One Bills Drive as a potential quarterbacks coach.
As a coach, Rodgers brings a wealth of experience to One Bills Drive. His first foray into coaching was as a graduate assistant with the University of Arizona football team from 2001 through 2002.
The Bills are hiring Cardinals special teams coordinator Jeff Rodgers for the same role on Joe Brady's staff, per source.
