Usually, a new head coach in the NFL is not facing the prospects of a Super Bowl or bust campaign during his first season at the helm, but that is the pressure-filled scenario Joe Brady finds himself in as he takes over as the 21st head coach in the history of the Buffalo Bills.

The Bills have had Super Bowl aspirations for the last six years, but each season ended short of the team's ultimate goal of hoisting the Lombardi Trophy. Enter Brady, who has enjoyed a meteoric rise in the coaching ranks and is now the youngest head coach in the league at 36 years old.

Today's edition of Buffalo Rumblinks leads off by exploring the immense pressure Joe Brady is facing to not only win in his first year, but finally be the coach to lead the Bills to their first Super Bowl championship.

The Bills' head coaching vacancy was a popular one, since Buffalo boasts the reigning NFL MVP in dynamic quarterback Josh Allen, had the league's top rushing attack led by James Cook III, featured a talented offensive line and several key play makers on defense.

But the job did not come without its challenges. The Bills are sorely lacking a true No. 1 wide receiver who can stretch the field. The pass rush has been underwhelming, especially in pivotal win-or-go-home playoff games. And the Bills are not expected to have a ton of money to address those roster needs this offseason (though that could change with a few moves and with the salary cap reportedly increasing by roughly $22-26 million this offseason, from $279.2 million to between $301.2 million and $305.7 million).

Among the key issues Brady must address: Can Buffalo's offensive coordinator-turned head coach return Josh Allen and Buffalo's offenses to one of the most dynamic attacks in the league? With Brady expected to handle the play-calling duties, how will that impact his ability to balance the many responsibilities of a head coach? Can Brady buck the trend of internal hires failing to produce coaching success? With the hire of new defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard, will the Bills overhaul their defense from a 4-3 to a 3-4? How much loyalty will Brady and the Bills show to the veteran holdovers from the Sean McDermott era? And what will Brady do to erase some of the negativity from the Bills Mafia fan base after the sudden dismissal of McDermott?
