US TV host's family say they are willing to pay in plea to potential kidnappers of mother – video

The US broadcaster Savannah Guthrie said her family had received a message from the potential kidnappers of her mother, Nancy Guthrie, on Saturday and pleaded for her safe return. News of the message came three days after a purported ransom note was sent to media outlets and a day after the 84-year-old's relatives renewed their appeal to whoever may be holding her captive to contact the family directly 'so we can move forward'.
