Dave Farber RIP

From the NANOG list comes the sad news of thepassing of Dave Farber.

His professional accomplishments and impact are almost endless, butoften captured by one moniker: "grandfather of the Internet,"acknowledging the foundational contributions made by his manystudents at the University of California, Irvine; the University ofDelaware; the University of Pennsylvania; and Carnegie MellonUniversity.
