New Las Vegas Raiders head coach Klint Kubiak is continuing to interview for his defensive coordinator job as he is taking to Jeff Howard according to NFL Media. The Raiders have also reportedly interviewed their defensive line coach Rob Leonard for the job and Rams' assistant Aubrey Pleasant.

Let's get to know Howard some more:

Current job:

He has been the safeties coach of the Seattle Seahawks for past two seasons.

Age:

He is 43.

Coaching experience:

He has 13 years of NFL coaching experience.

Why the Raiders are interested:

Kubiak and Howard have experience working together. They worked in Seattle together in 2025 and with the Minnesota Vikings in 2019. If Howard doesn't get the defensive coordinator job, Perhaps he cold be a candidate as the defensive backs coach or linebackers coach in Las Vegas. He has NFL experience in both roles and Kubiak is clearly interested in working with him again.
