Ontario Shipyards launching scholarship in honour of Hamilton worker who died off pier in January

Justin Smith, 29, died on the job at Ontario Shipyards earlier this year. The company CEO says Smith was a dedicated mentor and to honour him, he's working to set up a scholarship in his name.
