Doctor faces 43 sex crime charges, including from an incident in Niagara Region

Physician David Edward-Ooi Poon, who made international headlines during the COVID-19 pandemic with his campaign to reunite cross-border families and couples, has been accused of a slew of crimes spanning the last 12 years and is suspended from his medical practices in Ontario and Saskatchewan.
