Here is a new release of Supermium 138 ESR. This includes various security updates and general fixes from upstream Chromium 138 ESR, as well as the following:

(#1618, #1743) QUIC works again on Windows 7 and below.
(#1686) Screen sharing issues should be resolved on Windows 8.1.
