Per source, #Broncos have agreements to bring back exclusive rights free agent safety/All Pro special teamer Devon Key and fellow ERFA OLB Dondrea Tillman, who had 4.0 sacks and 2 INTs (with impressive returns) last year.

An Exclusive Rights Free Agent (ERFA) is a player with an expired contract and fewer than three accrued seasons in the NFL. The Broncos are signing them to a one-year deal that is worth the league minimum, and they cannot negotiate with other teams. If the Broncos fail to tender an ERFA, they will become a unrestricted free agent.
Safety Devon Key had a breakout year as a special teamer this past year. He entered the year as a fringe 53-man roster player who had some struggles the previous year and finished the year as a first-team All-Pro special teams player. He had a nose for the ball and made a bunch of special teams tackles this past season while providing depth at safety for the Broncos. Now, the Broncos have an All-Pro special teamer and backup safety at an affordable price who is basically a lock to make the 53-man roster.
As for Dondrea Tillman, the former UFL standout player, joined the Broncos in 2024 and quickly made an impact for them. He had 5 sacks his rookie year with the Broncos and followed that up with 4 sacks and 2 interceptions this past season. Tillman provides valuable depth at edge rusher and is a key member of their rotational pass rushing unit.
Both of these were no-brainers. In all likelihood, both players will be on the 53-man roster and be valuable and affordable depth pieces for the Broncos this upcoming season.
