Man, 23, hospitalized following police shooting in Burlington, Ont.

Ontario's police watchdog is investigating after a Burlington, Ont., police shooting put a 23-year-old man in hospital. The Special Investigations Unit says the man "drove toward officers," who were conducting a traffic stop.
