Unlike other wearable cooling devices that simply rely on moving air to help evaporate sweat, the ChillPill adds a metal cooling plate accessory to the mix you can press against your skin to immediately lower its surface temperature. And its unique twisting design lets you prop it up as a hands-free desk fan.
