Cold and windy conditions coming to Hamilton region as cold alert issued

Winds of up to 90 km/h are sweeping through the regions and are expected to ease in the evening. Winds gusting to 70 km/h will likely continue Tuesday morning. The city of Hamilton has also issued a cold alert for Monday night.
