Every offseason, the NFL's Competition Committee, composed of coaches, general managers, and owners, gathers to review, research, and recommend changes to the rules of the game. Any recommendations must then be voted on by the 32 team owners, requiring a 75% majority (24 owners) for the proposal to pass and become an official NFL rule. Some of these rules make sense and are popular, and others the fans just plain hate for one reason or another. Many of the changes are made in the name of player safety, but they often go too far in the opinion of fans as a whole, thus watering down the game.

So this evening's Phinsider Question Of The Day is:

If you had the power to make a new rule, get rid of a rule, or change/adjust a rule in the NFL, what would it be and why?
