New York Jets News: Jets trade Justin Fields to Chiefs to end disastrous tenure

Good morning Gang Green Nation! The New York Jets managed to offload failed quarterback Justin Fields to the Kansas City Chiefs yesterday in exchange for a 2027 sixth round pick and $3 million in cap relief. The original Fields signing of last year was an unmitigated disaster. This trade was about as much as Jets fans could hope for given that it was obvious the Jets had long since decided to move on from Fields. A small victory on the tail end of a substantial defeat.
