Guard, driver charged after truck with millions in drugs and tobacco crossed border, RCMP says

A Canadian border guard at the Queenston-Lewiston Bridge in Niagara-on-the-Lake and a transport truck driver both face criminal charges, police say, after a truck containing millions of dollars worth of illegal drugs and tobacco entered the country.
