Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals have missed the playoffs three straight years, so it should come as no surprise that the offseason talk about the star QB's future is getting out of hand.

Recently, on the Deebo & Joe podcast, Steelers legend James Harrison, also a one-time Bengal, shared that he has been recruiting Burrow to play for Pittsburgh.

I've been conversing with him on here on a weekly, bi-weekly basis," Harrison said. We've been having conversations. I talked to him on the phone yesterday. We've been talking about him... he's going to go up there, talk to Mr. [Mike] Brown to see what he needs to do to get into black and gold."

Harrison then asked Ben Roethlisberger how he feels about the idea.

Roethlisberger was caught off guard and called it a pipe dream".

When Harrison confirmed that he's had actual conversations with Burrow about the matter, Roethlisberger said, My goodness. That'd be a no-brainer."

Here's to hoping the Bengals have a resurgent 2026 that quells any talk of other franchises trading for Burrow.
