Niagara Health accepts Winterstein inquest jury's findings, focuses on implementing recommendations

Niagara Health will move forward in a "careful and deliberate way" to implement recommendations arising out of the coroner's inquest into the death of Heather Winterstein at the St. Catharines hospital more than four years ago, says agency president and CEO Lynn Guerriero.
