The Los Angeles Rams have had what appears to be a great offseason, but the Seattle Seahawks are the defending Super Bowl Champions. They are the team to beat in the NFC and across the NFL in 2026. Who knows, perhaps Seattle stumbles out of the gate and are an afterthought earlier than expected, but that doesn't seem likely.

What does seem likely is the Seahawks will once again be a force in the NFL, and they should have all the confidence in the world taking on any team in their own division and across the NFL.

On paper, you can say the Rams are best team in the NFL, and they do seem to have the best odds on plenty of betting sites to win the Super Bowl. In my humble opinion Mike McDonald and his Seahawks are the team to beat. That's that.

The NFL narratives have already been pre-written. Even as rookie quarterback Ty Simpson opens OTAsby impressing his teammates and coaching staff, NFL analysts are hovering for any indication that he will struggle. If and when that happens, the internet will be flooded with Ty Simpson struggles (as expected)" stories.
