Good morning, New York Giants fans!

From Big Blue ViewOther Giant observationsJohn Harbaugh is turning his Big Blue roster into literal Giants | New York Post

It takes one to know one, or many more than one.

As a newcomer, DJ Reader is one of the largest players on a Giants roster that has been bulked up now that John Harbaugh is on the scene and running the show. As Readeracclimated to his new surroundings, his first glances, followed by more detailed observations, convinced him that his eyes were not deceiving him.

Giants wrap up spring football; next stop training camp | Giants.com

Minicamp wrapped up Wednesday in East Rutherford, the culmination of an offseason workout program that began April 7. Over the past nine weeks, the Giants ramped up from strength and conditioning to installing the playbook to a dozen full-team practices. The next time they will be seen is training camp, which opens late next month in West Virginia.

I look at it like a real opportunity," said John Harbaugh of going away for training camp. It's going to be a chance to get locked in. It's a simple place to be, you know. You don't have to deal with coming back and forth from a hotel. Obviously, we'll get away from the World Cup stuff and the construction here, which is a plus too for us. But that bonding opportunity - guys aren't going home. They're going to be with each other into the evening, stuff like that, go to dinner together. I think it's a real plus for us. I'm excited about it."

Biggest Winners and Losers from 2026 NFL OTAs | Bleacher Report

Loser: New York Giants Things are looking positive for the New York Giants, too. They added a Super Bowl-winning coach in John Harbaugh this offseason. They appear to have found their quarterback in Jaxson Dart. They also added a couple of blue-chip draft prospects in linebackerArvell Reeseand offensive lineman Francis Mauigoa.

In general, New York has plenty of reasons to feel optimistic. However, that doesn't mean the Giants can be pleased with how their OTAs unfolded. The worst development involved defensive lineman Roy Robertson-Harris, who suffered aseason-ending Achilles tear. Robertson-Harris started all 17 games for New York in 2025, and following the Dexter Lawrence trade, the Giants find themselves without last year's top two frontline defenders. And while running back Cam Skattebo (ankle) was healthy enough to be a partial participant in OTAs, star receiver Malik Nabers appears to be a long way from returning. The Giants could still be in store for a bounce-back season under Harbaugh, but they're certainly not where they'd prefer to be health-wise.

The defining number for each NFL team in 2026 | NFL.com

NUMBER: 19. In the 10 years since Tom Coughlin's departure, the Giants' head coaching hires have been consistently green. Ben McAdoo, Joe Judge and Brian Daboll were all first-time head coaches and Pat Shurmur had just two seasons of experience. Not so with John Harbaugh, who takes the helm for his 19th year as an NFL head coach. New York has had just two winning seasons post-Coughlin, but Harbaugh's arrival could, ostensibly, turn things around.
