In our most recent Reacts poll here at Buffalo Rumblings, we wanted to know what readers thought of the Buffalo Bills' offseason work thus far mere weeks away from the 2026 edition of training camp.

Unlike those grades handed out to students at this time of the year, the grades given by fans and industry analysts can only be fairly labeled as incomplete. The moves made to hopefully improve Buffalo's roster and chances in 2026 take a certain on-paper look to pundits, but the real meat of the grade won't be revealed until the team's final snap this coming winter.

That, of course, doesn't mean handing out grades is fruitless, and certainly not without fun. It's a great way to fill even the tiniest void during the six weeks between mandatory minicamp and the start of training camp. Will your predictions, essentially levied out via a grading system, prove true?

Let's see how Rumblers voted, from the majority all the way down to an interesting small minority of votes.

Leading the way at 62% of votes, an ever-optimistic if often nervous contingency of Bills Mafia saw fit to give Buffalo a grade of B" for their offseason work. Fandom carries with it pride, and few are ever willing to believe things are anything other than looking up at One Bills Drive. That's especially the case with a new core group of coaching leadership in place between head coach Joe Brady and defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard.

It's also true that president of football operations/general manager Brandon Beane saw fit to correct a misstep at wide receiver, pulling off a trade that brought veteran wide receiver DJ Moore to town. You can be sure that Josh Allen approves of the move.

In a fairly distant second behind the first-place votes sits 19% of those who handed the team a C" grade. That's followed by 12% of voters who are all-in on this offseason, assigning an A" to the work done so far via free agency and the 2026 NFL Draft.

Then there's the woe-begotten 7% of voters who saw fit to levy grades of D" (4%) or F" (3%) to the team. There's not much to say about those specific results, as some of the team's moves this offseason will carry massive weight for a certain percentage of the fan base.

Do any of those moves change the team's trajectory enough in 2026 to entice you to wager certain results? Right now, FanDuel Sportsbook has the Bills as co-favorites at +500 to win the AFC conference championship in 2026. Their partner in this battle at the moment is the Baltimore Ravens.
