\nThe Miami Dolphins and Washington Commanders spent the offseason remodeling some underwhelming rosters. For the first time, those new-look rosters will take the field to play in a real, live game - maybe.
\nWhether the starters play remains to be seen, but some players will have the chance to make some valuable first impressions during live action. For the Dolphins, it's a chance for the new head coach, Jeff Hafley, to run the show from the sidelines at the NFL level. For the Commanders, it's a chance for the new offensive coordinator, David Blough, to call an offense when the pressure is on.
\nIt's just the first of three dress rehearsals for both sides though and no one is going to start showing their hand before the games really count.
\nDoes that mean Jayden Daniels and Malik Willis get to spend the night watching from the sidelines? We'll have to wait and see.
