The NFL Top 100 List for 2026 has drawn some negative reactions in Baltimore Ravens' circles thus far, primarily because of Lamar Jackson being ranked No. 69 - a steep drop from his placement from the past several seasons. Several other Ravens' players cracked the list right around the same range: Zay Flowers at No. 71, Roquan Smith at No. 65, and Kyle Hamilton at No. 63.

Hamilton's ranking in particular is also a bit head-scratching, considering he's coming off another All-Pro season and is widely considered the best or second-best safety in the NFL. Nevertheless, fans will be happy to learn that at least one player will represent the Ravens in the Top 15 of this year's rankings - Derrick Henry.

Henry comes in at No. 15, eight spots lower than his ranking last year on the 2025 list. Despite the slight drop, Henry's ranking is still justified validation that he's viewed as one of the top players in the league on either side of the ball. He's slotted ahead of fellow AFC running backs Jonathan Taylor (No. 17), James Cook (No. 20) and De'Von Achane (No. 26), who were the three Pro Bowl representatives for the conference last year. Cook was named second-team All-Pro.

While Henry didn't earn the same accolades in 2025 as he did the year prior, he still put together another elite rushing season. The 10-year veteran turned 307 carries into 1,595 yards on the ground with 16 touchdowns, his second consecutive season with 16 rushing scores. His 5.2 yards per carry was the second-best mark of his career and he added another 150 yards as a pass-catcher.

Henry has continued to defy the usual drop-off in production and athleticism that running backs experience in their 30s. Heading into the 2026 season at 32 years old, with 153 games and over 2,600 carries under his belt for his career, King Henry" should once again have a productive campaign leading the Ravens' backfield.
