Rashod Bateman has been accused of family violence in Georgia, according to court records obtained by The Baltimore Banner
The Baltimore Ravens receiver was arrested in June for the incident after turning himself in to the Walton County (Ga.) Sheriff the same day.
Bateman allegedly broke the window of a car with his 3-month-old child inside. The car belonged to the mother of his child.
"We are aware of the situation involving Rashod and have been in direct communication with him," the Ravens said in a statement. "We notified the league office and have been cooperating throughout the process. As this is a pending legal matter, we will not have further comment."
"The club has been in contact with the league regarding the matter which is under review," an NFL spokesperson told USA TODAY Sports in a statement.
Bateman faces three charges in connection with the incident, according to the Banner.
