Dollar Tree sued over public masturbation incidents

A lawsuit in El Paso County, Colorado, claims that chronic understaffing at Dollar Tree stores has made the national chain a "hunting ground" for public masturbators-and that the company has taken no serious action to prevent it.
The Denver Post reports on "gooning" incidents at local stores, in which "perpetrators masturbate on or at unconsenting victims in public spaces for sexual gratification or online notoriety." - Read the rest
