ICE has imprisoned a 76-year-old for more than two months despite knowing Loreto Javar is fighting Stage 4 prostate cancer. His family says he's missed critical doctors' appointments, is losing weight, and can not reliably take his cancer drugs on schedule because the detention center sometimes serves lunch at 6 p.m. - Read the rest
