Fantasy Football Rankings: Hayden Winks' quarterback, tight end, D/ST, kicker Blueprint for Week 2
The Blueprint is my weekly column and basically every thing that I use to build out the most accurate rankings I can. There will be a RB column, a WR column and this combination column on the onesie positions. You will find film notes and endless charts. Maybe enough charts to stress test the Yahoo website. I kid.
It's impossible to get every rankings thoroughly by Thursday Night Football, so be sure to keep checking in on these columns through Sunday morning. As always, my full rankings at every position are available.
Most of the charts you will see are scatterplots. They are labeled as best as I can, and if you are looking for more information, always scan the title of each chart.

Week 2 Projected PointsThis chart is simply projected points and plays per game. The best fantasy teams are up and to the right, so the Cowboys, Bears, Rams, 49ers and Bills are the top teams.
Team implied total vs. 2025 season plays per game.Week 2 Flex ProjectionsThis top 100 rankings aren't necessarily my own rankings but rather what the live betting markets are projecting. It's a good starting point for our FLEX considerations, but I will answer 100-300 start/sit questions on Sunday morning, too.
Not all players are listed in the markets.Week 2 QB RankingsNote: Total-yardage projections are based on betting markets.

Goff will be without his left guard, center (IR) and right tackle. This is also a road, outdoor game at night for his tiny California hands (as I type this with my tiny California hands).

1. Trey McBride (vs. SEA) - 60.5 proj. yards
2. Colston Loveland (vs. MIN) - 46.5 proj. yards
3. Tyler Warren (at KC) - 44.5 proj. yards
4. Sam LaPorta (at BUF) - 46.5 proj. yards
5. Dalton Kincaid (vs. DET) - 53.5 proj. yards
6. Isaiah Likely (at LAR) - 44.5 proj. yards

7. Mark Andrews (vs. NO) - 38.5 proj. yards
This assumes Zay Flowers (hamstring) and Jakobi Lane (IR, wrist) are out.
8. Tucker Kraft (at NYJ) - 46.5 proj. yards
Kraft is not a full-time player yet, and they're going to ramp him up for the next 1-2 months. He ran a route on 47% of Week 1 dropbacks and blocked on 82% of runs. The Packers simply need him to block with how bad their backup TEs and OL are, while having him in the route is a luxury with their 3-WR sets already potent. This lowers Kraft's weekly floor in the ramp up period. The good news is he still looked awesome on tape. He leaked out for explosives and is a threat for a red zone score with the red zone rushing offense feeling questionable. He's a floor-less, boom-bust TE1.
9. Dallas Goedert (at TEN) - 36.5 proj. yards

10. Travis Kelce (vs. IND) - 42.5 proj. yards
11. George Kittle (vs. MIA) - 41.5 proj. yards
Kittle played 46% of Week 1 snaps, running a route on the same 46% of dropbacks in his return from a late-season Achilles tear. On tape, Kittle looked rusty. He had a drop in the flats, and his athleticism was nowhere near his usual. He showed fight as a run blocker, but he does not have the fluidity and burst that he typically does. This is as expected. The 49ers looked awesome in Week 1 and draw the lowly Miami Dolphins, who are starting rookies at off-ball LB and SCB. It's a great matchup for him with an elite 29.5-point team total at home, but Kittle is not Kittle right now. The floor doesn't exist. He had TE19 expected half-PPR points in Week 1.
12. Juwan Johnson (at BAL) - 33.5 proj. yards

13. Dalton Schultz (vs. CIN)
14. Harold Fannin (at TB) - 33.5 proj. yards
15. Brenton Strange (at DEN) - 32.5 proj. yards
16. Michael Mayer (at LAC)
17. Jake Ferguson (vs. WAS) - 26.5 proj. yards
18. Kyle Pitts (vs. CAR) - 31.5 proj. yards
19. Hunter Henry (vs. PIT) - 39.5 proj. yards
20. Terrance Ferguson (vs. NYG) - 18.5 proj. yards
21. Colby Parkinson (vs. NYG) - 24.5 proj. yards
22. T.J. Hockenson (at CHI) - 27.5 proj. yards
23. Pat Freiermuth (at NE) - 26.5 proj. yards
24. AJ Barner (at ARI) - 20.5 proj. yards
25. Cade Otton (vs. CLE) - 27.5 proj. yards
26. Evan Engram (vs. JAX) - 24.5 proj. yards
27. Mike Gesicki (at HOU) - 25.5 proj. yards
28. David Njoku (vs. LV)
29. Greg Dulcich (at SF) - 23.5 proj. yards
30. Kenyon Sadiq (vs. GB) - 21.5 proj. yards
31. Gunnar Helm (vs. PHI) - 22.5 proj. yards
32. Darren Waller (at ATL) - 17.5 proj. yards
33. Oronde Gadsden (vs. LV)
Week 2 Defense ChartThe defense chart is a banger. The best defenses are going to be bottom right, but the deeper into the season, the better this data in particular will get. Right now, projected sack rate is using 2025 data and we know that only translates so much. I do have real D/ST rankings as well.
