San Francisco 49ers cornerback Deommodore Lenoir was shaken up after making a tackle against the Arizona Cardinals on Sept. 27 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
Lenoir tackled Cardinals receiver Michael Wilson after a 5-yard reception, and was assisted on the tackle by linebacker Fred Warner; Warner came in helmet first and collided with Lenoir while they made the stop.
Lenoir was on the ground for a few seconds before he slowly got up and gingerly walked off the field.
The injury came at the 7:50-mark of the second quarter.
