Buffalo Bills RB James Cook carried 24 times for 154 yards and one touchdown in a Week 3 win over the Los Angeles Chargers.
Why It Matters: Cook now has two games of 135-plus yards on the ground already this season, and he's found the end zone twice. He's posted 11 100-yard rush outings since the start of 2025. Cook is as dangerous as any running back in the NFL and continues to be a high-end RB1 in all formats.
