The Bucs' inactives are quarterback Baker Mayfield (right thumb), safety Antoine Winfield (rib), cornerback Benjamin Morrison (quad), linebacker SirVoce Dennis (ankle/foot), defensive lineman DeMonte Capehart, offensive guard Billy Schrauth and offensive guard Luke Haggard.
