Chicago Bears QB Caleb Williams (hamstring) fully participated in practice Thursday, Oct. 15.
Why It Matters: Williams is on track to return to the lineup this week after missing the last few games. He posted decent numbers before the injury and will have most of his pass catchers available. He can be considered a low-end No. 1 quarterback in a majority of fantasy leagues.
