Lamar Jackson injury update as Ravens QB leaves game after one play
Lamar Jackson's return to action did not last long.
The Baltimore Ravens' quarterback, returning after missing the last three games with an ankle injury, suffered an apparent right hand injury on the Ravens' offense's first play from scrimmage Sunday, Nov. 1, against the Buffalo Bills.
The two-time MVP left the field in pain while holding the hand. Jackson faced pressure in the pocket and threw an incompletion to his right. A pair of Bills defenders hit him as he threw and Jackson, although he remained upright, immediately looked toward the hand and jogged off.
Jackson suffered an ankle sprain during the first half of Baltimore's Week 4 game.
