Deshaun Watson leaves Steelers game injured, Shedeur Sanders takes over at QB for 4 plays

The Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers matchup in Week 8 was for the lead in the AFC North. A matchup that surprised many, as both teams had 5-2 records, the Browns started the game with the ball. On third down, QB Deshaun Watson was hit late, earning a roughing the passer penalty, after an incomplete pass to rookie WR KC Concepcion.
Cleveland's offense earned the first down, but Watson was pulled from the game due to getting hit in the head and staying down for a moment after the play. Second-year QB Shedeur Sanders took over for Watson. Three of the next four plays resulted in penalties on the Browns offense and TE Harold Fannin Jr.'s fumble, giving the Steelers the ball at the 42-yard line.
After the fumble, Watson was shown on the sideline with his helmet, an indicator that he would return to the game for Cleveland's next offensive possession.
