Court rules: Workers who use medical marijuana after hours can befired

Although marijuana is legal to purchase - both for medical and recreational use - in Colorado under state law, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled today that marijuana users can be fired from their jobs for using marijuana - even for medical reasons and outside of work hours.
