LG's G4 Beat handset provides midrange value

LG has pulled back the curtain on its midrange G4 Beat phone, an offshoot of the flagship G4 handset. The company wants to "[deliver] terrific value" with the G4 Beat, which slots in below the specs (and presumably, price) of the flagship G4.
