Cellphone Video of a Car Driving in Reverse Down Busy Streets in Los Angeles

LAPD are looking for a person who was driving a car in reverse down busy streets in Los Angeles. Local realtor Kevin Zanazanian was following the Audi and shot footage of the driver on his mobile phone.
