Brooklyn Deli Owner Launches ‘Artisanal Landlord Price Hike Sale’ to Combat a Steep Rent Increase

Brooklyn deli owner Jesse Itayim of Jesse's Deli in Boerum Hill partnered with designers Tommy Noonan and Doug Cameron to launch an "Artisanal Landlord Price Hike Sale" to combat a steep rent increase that would more than double what Itayim pays now.
The sale features colorfully designed posters for items like "house-made sustainable hoagies," "air-chilled Budweiser beer flights," and other creative names for things Itayim already sells.
Poster prints of the ads themselves are also available in the store.
