Wes Craven (1939-2015), Horror Film Master and Creator of ‘A Nightmare on Elmstreet’

Horror film director, writer, and producer Wes Craven has died at the age of 76 after a battle with brain cancer. Craven was the creative force behind more than two dozen films, and is probably best known for the A Nightmare on Elm Street series which introduced the character of Freddy Krueger.
