Plusnet users suffer outages due to DNS problems

ISP has apologised to customers for the outage, which can temporarily be fixed by switching to Google Public DNS

Plusnet users have been experiencing intermittent service outages due to a DNS malfunction at the internet service provider's HQ, leaving them unable to access websites from their broadband connection.
