Most of us at TR drool over the highest-end smartphones and tablets, but mid-range devices can provide a good experience at modest prices, too. Qualcomm hasn't forgotten this segment of the market, and it's announced a pair of new models in the Snapdragon 600 and 400 families alongside the high-end Snapdragon 820.
