CDC: The numbers of reported cases of cyclosporiasis in the US have returned to baseline levels

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) provided an update on the number of cyclosporiasis cases in the country this week and we find that 51 additional cases were reported during the past 3 weeks. As of September 14, 2015, a total of 546 ill persons with confirmed Cyclospora infection were reported to CDC in 2015. ["]
