Thomas DePetrillo of Extreme Costumes has created an amazing Hulkbuster costume that stands a whopping nine feet tall and shoots actual lasers from its eyes. DePetrillo put in over 1,600 hours of work to make it so marvelous Iron Man armor was light enough to wear and move around in. Photographer Ian Barnard captured great process and final images of the suit, as well as a behind-the-scenes video showing how the costume was brought to life:
