Update: Correct Reply Deadline Announced in Citizens Broadband Radio Service Proceeding

Two weeks ago we let everybody know about a Federal Register notice officially announcing the deadline for responses to petitions for reconsideration in the Citizens Broadband Radio Service proceeding. Usually such notices provide a second deadline - for replies to any responses that might get filed. In this case, however, the published reply deadline happened to precede the response deadline by about a week. As we noted, that suggested something was amiss. And sure enough, two weeks later, a follow-up item in the Federal Register advises that the reply deadline is (as we had suspected) October 29, 2015.
