In phase II of its Keep it in the ground climate change campaign the Guardian has turned its focus to hope for the future - the power to change and the solar revolution. We'd like you to help us document the climate change solutions around the world that are making a difference.

Later this month nearly 200 countries meet in Paris for United Nations talks to agree a climate new deal. Now, we'd like to find out about climate change solutions that are already underway where you live. There are amazing national initiatives like this solar farm in Burundi, but we'd also like to hear about the smaller projects happening in your community.
